The FA Handbook for season 2024-25 is available for download below. 

Please note that The FA Handbook is in the process of being updated to incorporate recently approved changes to a number of sections, which are effective from 1 June 2025.

With regards to: (a) The Rules of The Association (Section 10), and (b) the Football Agent Regulations (section 19), updated versions of these Sections can be accessed below. These supersede the versions of Section 10 and Section 19 contained in The FA Handbook 2024-25, and are effective from 1 June 2025.

A complete version of The FA Handbook for Season 2025-26 will be published in due course.
